Who we are

Propvio is an equity intelligence platform built for Australian mortgage brokers. We are currently operating in private beta. Our business is based in Australia.

What information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Broker account data — name, email address, and brokerage name provided at registration.
• Client portfolio data — property addresses, estimated values, loan balances, interest rates, income figures, and LVR data imported by the broker from their own records.
• Usage data — pages visited, reports generated, and feature interactions used to improve the platform.

How we use your information

We use the information collected to provide and improve the Propvio platform, generate client equity reports on behalf of brokers, and communicate product updates and beta programme information. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data storage and security

All data is stored on servers located in Australia. We apply encryption at rest and in transit, and row-level security to ensure each broker can only access their own client data. Access controls are reviewed regularly.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@propvio.com.au.

Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email. Continued use of Propvio after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
