Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Propvio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. During the private beta period, access is by invitation only and subject to the additional terms communicated at onboarding.

Who may use Propvio

Propvio is intended for use by Australian mortgage brokers holding a valid Australian Credit Licence (ACL) or operating as a credit representative under an ACL. By creating an account, you confirm that you hold the appropriate authorisations to provide mortgage broking services in Australia.

Nature of the platform

Propvio provides credit intelligence tools to assist mortgage brokers in identifying equity opportunities within their existing client book. All outputs — calculations, reports, and opportunity indicators — are indicative estimates intended for broker use only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial product advice, a formal credit assessment, or a guarantee of lender approval. You are responsible for verifying all figures and ensuring any client communication meets your obligations under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act and Best Interests Duty.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the client data you import into the platform.
  • You must not share client-facing reports without first reviewing their accuracy.
  • You must not use Propvio to provide advice outside your ACL authorisation scope.
  • You must keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Beta programme

During the beta period, Propvio is provided free of charge in exchange for product feedback. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access at any time. Beta participants will be given reasonable notice before any transition to a paid model.

Intellectual property

All platform software, design, and content is owned by Propvio. You retain ownership of all client data you upload. By using the platform, you grant Propvio a limited licence to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Propvio is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on platform outputs, errors in property valuations, or decisions made on the basis of equity calculations. The platform is a decision-support tool — professional judgement remains the broker's responsibility.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
